Code to Redeem installed games

Discus and support Code to Redeem installed games in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Can anyone assist. I accidentally threw out the box that the XBOX ONE came in.     Can't activate Forza Horizon 2 key

    Hi, if I'm not mistaken you'll need to uninstall the current games with gold version and then redeem the code. If you already have a game installed you can't usually then redeem a code for the game as the system sees you have the game installed already.

    Fifa 14 code trade in @ Game?

    You could try if you haven't ripped open the card. Even if you have opened it, if the game you take it to has a connected Xbox One they can redeem the code and cancel instead of confirming the install.

    Unfortunately if you threw away the box with the codes in it there would be no way for support to retrieve them. Sorry!

    I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
    it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list

    The game you redeemed should be in your ready to install list. Just select it and start the install. Make sure you are logged in with the account that redeemed the code.

    When you say it won't download, can you be more specific.

    Does the code not say its valid when you redeem it? You are able to redeem the code but the game it self won't install? Is the install staring but not finishing?
