I have a code that came in a xbox one bundle, I put the code in redeem code in the store and doesn't work at all, says the same error: "Something went wrong

Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.".

I contact your support chat, I was talking with Jenny J. from Microsoft answer tech, and we try everything and with the same error.

So I want a gift card for the same value of the game.

What error code do you receive with the error message? That can usually help narrow down the issue. Otherwise, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from for an exchange. Forum support can only resend codes received from digital
purchases. They cannot exchange your code for a gift card.

I also bought the Xbox bundle, I have download an installed all the codes that came with the system fir the items,but I also cant see them in my game it says I have them installed.I have uninstalled an reinstalled the 3 codes for the packs but still not
showing in game.I see others in game with the items but I dont have them.the code fir the game worked fine just the other 3 codes for the weapons an exos arnt showing up in my game.hope this gets fixed cause I paid all this money expectin it all to work.

i spent $499 + tax came out to be like 560 and my code wont work , i read on other forums says actvision messed up and sent out wrong code with the bundles and i got to wait till tomorrow to use my code wdf is this ***

I'm having the same problem. Even trying to scan a code that came free with my Titanfall bundle or the 12+1 than I purchased. Both give the same code
