i was having problems with launching my GTA V on xbox 360,

the game started to pop up unreadable disc (the game is stored in hard drive)

i uninstaled the game and reinstalled again;

after reinstall, i launched the game again, the game requested to download an update, and i gave permission and the folowing message appeared :

"not possible to download updates , check your xbox live conections,

Code Status 4476 0000 D080 8015 000A"

i cleared the system cache and checked the xbox and internet conections, they are 100 % and the code error is always appearing

its the first time im having problems with this situation.....

I Wonder what is hapening

UPDATE: That error code was for something else...It was 396B-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A

i was preparing to do the instructions but the code error disappeared, the system is runing perfectly normal but thanks for the assist

Queria decirles q ya se soluciono el tema restaurando lo de la red q me mandaron pero el problema ahora es q en el juego payday2 se me borro todo lo q tenia hay forma de recuperarlo eso?

I too have got this issue, but with World of Tanks. I tried clearing cache and updates as suggested, but the issue remains.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this.

Since it's happening to all your games period, then I would say that it's best to create a new, separate thread with all the troubleshooting steps you have completed as well here on the Forums so that we can help you with this problem specifically and make
sure you get the appropriate attention.

Also, if you haven't yet, then I strongly recommend trying the steps the other XBF and I have listed when you get a chance as well to see if that helps too.
