Code says valid but is not working

I have tried everything I was told to try along with contacting Amazon who told me it is for you to fix. I have spent many hours trying to fix this, I want a new code here is the reference number

Its not working for me. Im trying to get cod Ghosts and entered the code and it says not valid.

 

Cant claim my Gold Membership for 5 months

Its just says "Code Not Valid" but im sure that I typed the correct code.

 

Are you receiving an error message when you try to enter it? If so, what is the error message?

 

If you bought an out of region currency card like a us or UK currency card but you have a French account it won't work

The code would be valid but they are region specific

 

I bought a 12 month gold card and when I put the code in it tells me it's already been used... How do I get my gold membership
