    What exactly are the requiements to get a code replaced if it was 'already redeemed'? I bought two gift cards (for a total of 65$) directly from the microsoft/xbox website (digital codes) and both said that they were already redeemed when I went to redeem
    them. I guess it somehow glitched or some funky stuff is up with my account because it's unlikely that someone else redeemed them. But how it happened is besides the point anyways.

    I've had very large amounts of trouble with the basically completely automated support team in trying to get a code replacement even though I showed them the exact billing info and really have no clue what other evidence I can give them to get my codes replaced.
    Because I have no clue how to prove that I didn't redeem them myself.
