Code region problem

My Region would be United States and my friends region is Canada, It Was Bought on the Microsoft Store.

Spartan is this confirmed and where do I get more information on this tool please??

As addition, not all games are region locked, but some are.

There is no way around it, other then using games bought from the region where the console was bought

I'm afraid there isn't much that can be done, the giver needs to contact Xbox Support to get a refund as mentioned on: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/purchasing/help-for-issues-when-gifting-digital-xbox-game

Gifting is rare as far as consoles goes.and always has been region locked

For one ms nor sony nor nintendo is a bank nor can they apply to be one there is a lot of rules that go along with it

Two fraud considering how inconsiderate people are when it comes to protecting their own accounts including handing their passwords freely over the internet for the sake of Gamesharing

It opens ms to a whole different ballgame like class action lawsuits when account stealers can transfer money into their own account freely

People are still complaining when they are sharing their account with strangers and they get enforcement action on their accounts

People dont realize that personal info should .never be shared period
