Code reedem error on spotlight

Hello. I have a situation. I buy fom Romania yesterday xbox one with 3 games inside. Dance central spotlight, zootycoon, kinetik sport rivals. I redeem code from them and fot the spotlight not work. I dont now in that time that i must copy error code. So
when i see that this game not redeem i log in on site and redeem code. It say that i was sucsses and in few moments my xbox start to dowload game but nothing start so today i cant play spotlight. I chat last night with one from microsoft and after 2 hour of
try ing everthing told me that i must post hire my problem.

xbox gold redeem code problem

Hello there, i have e little problem with my xbox gold reedem code for 1 month. i just buyed a new xbox, i creadted the profile but when i insert the reedem code i get the error 'please insert a valid reedem code', someting like that? can you please tell
me what should i do? is there some email address where can i send the reedem code to be checked by someone? thank you!

I cannot reedem xbox gold code neither on a web browser and neither on xbox console. In both cases I receive a error.

If the code successfully redeemed over here on Xbox.com the title should show up in your Ready To Install list. Be sure you're signed in with the same account that redeemed the code
