    Code Redemption issues


    So I got a email from Gamestop with a code for a shader in destiny. So I went to do it on the Xbox One and it wouldn't work so I went to redeem a code on my account and for some reason it was redeemed for the 360. Not sure why I put a code in for a product
    on the website it goes to 360 when the code was for the Xbox One. Is there any chance it can just be moved to the Xbox One or something along that line? I suggest when you try to redeem a code on your website you give a choice of what console you want the
    code for instead of defaulting to the 360. I don't play any new games on the 360 that is what I bought you new console for. Any help with this would be great

    So if you redeemed a code and got content for the 360 then it was supposed to be content for the 360. So if you unfortunately got a wrong code mailed by gamestop please get back to them to get the right code for the one as this is their business.

    When you log into the account on
    account.microsoft.com     and look under the Subscriptions and Services tab you should see the Xbox Live subscription. Do you see the sub there and if so, what does the expiration date say?

    Are you trying to add a 14 day trial to an account that already has 12months on it?

    When I checked that it gives a link to gold. The problem is that it worked for about a month after we entered the code but now it doesn't. The 14 day code was used prior to that. Microsoft stated that they couldn't see ANYTHING redeemed on her account
    at all. Yet she still has a friends list n all that stuff. So I have no idea at this point.
