Code redemption issue

I redeemed a code for an XBox One game, but something went wrong during the redemption. My XBox account initially showed that game as “owned” on my account right after redeeming the code, but now it is not available to install on my console and I can no longer redeem the code I used. Any advice?

When you log into the account on
account.microsoft.com and look under the Subscriptions and Services tab you should see the Xbox Live subscription. Do you see the sub there and if so, what does the expiration date say?

Are you trying to add a 14 day trial to an account that already has 12months on it?

So if you redeemed a code and got content for the 360 then it was supposed to be content for the 360. So if you unfortunately got a wrong code mailed by gamestop please get back to them to get the right code for the one as this is their business.

When I checked that it gives a link to gold. The problem is that it worked for about a month after we entered the code but now it doesn't. The 14 day code was used prior to that. Microsoft stated that they couldn't see ANYTHING redeemed on her account
at all. Yet she still has a friends list n all that stuff. So I have no idea at this point.
