    Code Redemption Fail


    I bought a 12 month subscription code from Amazon.

    I get this error code:

    SVC-RedeemInternalServerError

    U5UhBYAxT2W25YdB70A81f.0.4.11

    It's been nearly a week since I spoke to a customer service rep, it was supposed to be handled within 24 hours, and I would get a notice in my email.

    Can't redeem Gears of War 1 / 3 . Only Gears of War 2 & Redemption

    Bought Gears of War 4. and received 5 codes:

    Gears of war 4 Operations Gears Pack (worked)

    Gears of war 1 FAIL

    Gears of war 2 (worked)

    Gears of war 3 FAIL

    Gears of war redemption (worked)

    Tried to redeem on xbox app, xbox app for android, xbox.com & console xbox one.

    You could try contacting billing to see if they show anything, but if the card didn't fully get redeemed and you don't have it anymore, there's not really anything that can be done.

    Check his account at http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure it shows the redemption and to see if there are any other errors listed. If you still have the card, you can try to redeem it again.

    If you do see any errors, you will need to contact support and speak to billing.

    Yeah I tried that link but it doesn't show the redemption at all and he doesn't have the card anymore :(

    Any other ideas? I appreciate the help
