    Anyone know why my console says my redemption code is invalid? (redemption on the site goes to : "Something went wrong")

    PS: Support teams said it was valid they checked it

    Don't know if I'm being stupid or not but can I import my metallica tracks onto WOR? I've been on the website and entered codes from both manuals (with the dashes) and it keeps saying redemption code error? Can us Brits definitely import or is it US only?

    Just wondered why my codes aren't working?

    What is the code for? Is the code for the same region as your account? Do you get any other kind of error code or message other than it's invalid?

    no i sadly just get "Ivalid code. Please try again". its a prepaid code for 3 months of gold membership

    make sure all of your security proofs are up to date on account.live.com and if it still wont redeem call support and ask them if your account has any declined charges because you cant redeem anything when your account has an open balance.

    How can I get a code back after an error in redeeming it occurred?

    Sometimes there are errors in displaying redemption of the code. Trials can only be activated one at a time like you learned. I would always check the redemption like previous poster said.
