    Don't know if I'm being stupid or not but can I import my metallica tracks onto WOR? I've been on the website and entered codes from both manuals (with the dashes) and it keeps saying redemption code error? Can us Brits definitely import or is it US only?

    Just wondered why my codes aren't working?

    There have been many cases where the cashiers at the stores that sell cards, have used a scanner to steal your code and use it, I suggest contacting Xbox live support officials

    if the cashier used the code, xbox Support cant do anything - they can not tell if it was stolen or not.

    this is something youd have to handle with the market where you purchased the codes

    I bought a code online for 12months of Gold and 10euro for my account and the thing is my 10 euro is done i have it but my Gold not everytime i try to put in the code it says it's ok and when i want to use it there is always an error so i tryed online on
    Xbox and even there i have the same problem... does enyone else have the same problem or is it just me...

    How can I get a code back after an error in redeeming it occurred?

    Sometimes there are errors in displaying redemption of the code. Trials can only be activated one at a time like you learned. I would always check the redemption like previous poster said.
