    Code redeeming issue


    Hi, so I’m here to ask if anyone know me on why is this the case so I had gotten myself the “Deep Freeze Bundle” and was told I had to go abouts through my Xbox account to redeem it and as I did it worked and all showing that I had redeemed said bundle but I haven’t yet to receive any of the items in game how do I go abouts seeing someone who can help me out with that cause I kinda don’t wish to see my money go too waste :/ Please help

    Have same issue with codes not redeeming and tech has checked system and account and code will still not redeem.

    Try redeeming the code on the console, or try using Internet Explorer to redeem the code on Xbox.com. I've also had issues redeeming codes on the website when I don't use IE.
