Code redeemed successfully but didn't appear the credit in the game

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I redeemed a code for credits on Rainbow Six Siege through the Xbox app. On my Xbox profile, it says that the code was successfully redeemed and that the content was added, but when I launch the game from the app and log in, the credits are not showing up. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you recently redeemed a code for Rainbow Six credits. If you just redeemed the code few minutes ago, It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to be added to your game, so please allow some time for the balance to be updated.

I want to make sure that your issue will be resolved as soon as possible. If your purchase has not appeared in your game after 24 hours please submit a ticket directly to Ubisoft support, attaching a screenshot of the confirmation email for your order and the proof of purchase from your storefront. Hi DanielKroker, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We need to validate first if the transaction is successful. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if it's visible as redeemed. Once confirmed, click the game icon and then scroll down a bit to check the information under "Playable On".

You will be able to see if it's for Xbox or PC. Because as I have checked the version on Microsoft Store is for Xbox consoles only.

This is a game add-on that works with the main/base game: Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.

Open Microsoft Store. And then navigate to your game library, select the game you want add-ons for, and then look for a section labeled "DLC," "Add-ons," or "Expandable Content".
