Code redeemed but no Xbox live.

I just purchased a 3 month Xbox Live membership code, I entered it, system said it was the correct code and I confirmed my purchase.

But I haven't got Xbox Live on my account and when I try entering the code again it doesn't work and I just get an error.

Any fixes for this? I've tried turning my Xbox on and off again but that hasn't worked.

Wasn't sure which subforum to post in so I'll try here.

Sorry to hear it. Are you sure that you entered the code on the correct gamertag? If you have other tags on the console perhaps it was added to one of those by accident.

You can check items that were added to each gamertag by signing in at commerce.microsoft.com

If the gamertag that you are posting with is the one that the membership was added to then please try heading to Settings and run a connection test or delete your profile from the console and then redownload it to see if that helps.

If all else fails you'll need to contact phone support for your region. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

 

The best way to find out if the redeemed code worked is to login to your xbox account via the web.
