    Hello, i am having problem with my xbox 360 gears of war collection for xbox one redeem codes. When i am trying to redeem codes using my xbox one s for those games i am getting message, Something happened at our end. waiting might help. redeeming other codes
    works. gears of war collection codes wear included in gears of war 4 which i got together with a bundle which i bought from official microsoft website. I have contacted before community ambassador and did check up on my xbox one s and there was nothing wrong
    with it, as well code were checked and it was confirmed that they haven't been redeemed. Later i was told that it is ongoing problem from inside of company and usually it takes to solve problems in 3-5 hours. But its been already few weeks. I did try as well
    to redeem codes directly using website that didnt work as well. I am hoping to wait for response from support staff.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Sorry to hear it. Ambassadors cannot check consoles, codes or accounts. However, I do have a question for you. Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set for the same country?

    While waiting for the answer you could double check your account at account.microsoft.com to ensure that your billing info is correct and that there are no amounts owing on your account.

    We're curious as well and will need a bit more information to dig into this further. Can you please confirm which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to on
    account.live.com?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, or there is a mismatch between your account and region you're connecting from. You could be in a country or region that's not officially supported and it could mean that some features may not
    work properly, including code redemption.

    I am living in united kingdom. I did select united kingdom as well when i was setting up my xbox. it was one of support members who did check up on codes and xbox. Sorry for mistake on previous message. I did check and address on my account is correct as
    email aswell. Member of support helped me to register my xbox to my account. Forza horizon 3 code which was included as well in bundle and redeem of that game worked.

    Thanks for the information, generally this type of error happens if the account region is not matching the region you're connecting from. Xbox 360 games are region locked where as Xbox One games are not. This is likely why you were

    Code redeem problem

    I have contacter support staff and they help to solve problem and to migrate my account. Now everything works and i was able to redeem my codes.

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
