Code redeem for MINECRAFT Win10

Hello everybody, I tried to download the Minecraft win10 version from a computer with win7. I receive de redeem code confirmation entering hotmail account, well the link was a page to download Minecraft for win10, but, the download was not possible because
i was running windows7. I wanted to install this version later... But now, if i try to download anothertime from a good version of windows like win10, it's impossible because de code was already used. Okay, the code was used to access de download page, but
the download was never possible. Then why de system dont give me another chance to download this version if i know that it's impossible to download from a win7? I tried too by another page (history of download) and puch de install button, but the page said
an error occured , try to actualise the page... and everytime the same.... somebody in the same situation?

Money Wasted?

So I bought Minecraft Java Edition a while back, but what I didn't know is that I get a free Minecraft Windows 10 Edition redeem code with it!!!! by the time I figured out I had already wasted another $30 on Minecraft Win10 when I could've gotten it for
free!!! Is there anyway i can get a refund!!?? (P.S. You should've made it obvious that the redeem code came with it!! /:[)

Invalid quantum break code

Can team resend a code as i cant redeem my win10 quantum break cheers

Hello. When you originally would have redeemed the Win 10 version, the game gets tied to your Microsoft account. Whatever Microsoft account was used to redeem the code. On windows 10, you would sign in to the Windows 10 Store, using
that gamertag, and Minecraft would be able to be downloaded through the store, as it recognizes you have the licence for it. Instead of asking you to buy, it would prompt you to download. It would also appear in your games and apps in the store as well, once
your signed in, allowing you to download it from there. Hope this helps.

The first,i m also not received the quantum break win10 code,the second,i received the alan wakes code,but i cant use it,when i redeem this code,it always tell me "Something went wrong.Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We do not send the codes for the Windows 10 edition. These come from Mojang. Here is the steps on how to claim the Windows 10 version.

1. Go to minecraft.net

2. Login with your MC Java account.

3. Click big green "Buy Minecraft" button.

4. You will get a screen saying: You already own Minecraft, and below that, in small text, a link provided to claim your Win10 edition.

5. Follow that link and provide your Win10 (Microsoft) account.

6. Open MS store in Win10, look for Minecraft. It should now say that you own it.

7. Install and play.
