Code redeem did not work

Discus and support Code redeem did not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We entered the code from the Minecraft Card that came with the xbox.     Code redeem did not work


    We entered the code from the Minecraft Card that came with the xbox. It said it was going to be in the games to be installed list but there is nothing there. when i try re entering the code it says already redeemed. Any ideas on how to sort this out?

    Move LEFT to the Marketplace
    Select REDEEM CODE.

    It works. I just did it.

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    In this case, you may need to reach out to Epic games in that way they can validate the account linked along with the items that you redeemed.

    Absolutely, however since you've mentioned that your Microsoft account may have been linked on the wrong epic account that may be the issue which means that you may need to have it validated.

    Hmm that's really strange actually did you try to redeem code in the game or on dashboard I know I did mine on dashboard u cud try in game redeem code in extras and dashboard redeem code. Might work that way.
