    I received a code but it says it has been redeemed and can't be used. I havnt redeemed it ! I've been directed here after speaking to their customer support for 50 min ! Not great

    Both my son and I received the codes, but were below level 50 so they did not unlock. The code showed all eight specializations when we put it in, but now there are only two specializations showing. The code lasted all of one day for some reason.

    Didn't recieve my £50 for pre ordering FIFA 15 and XBOX ONE bundle.

    It was on my dashboard for a few days after I got my XBOX ONE, it said if i purchased it from one of the selected stores then I would receive the £50, which I did, as did a group of my friends as we all ordered them together, but only one of us has received
