Yes, you can get a ticket for something done months ago; they do that all the time with the photo enforcement system at traffic lights, etc. As for the Enforcement Team replying, as long as you're posting in the "Xbox Live General Discussion" forum rather
than the aforementioned forum specifically for "Account Suspensions & Console Bans", you'll be stuck with the peanut gallery. The XBLPET does not read these forums, only the specific forums for the 360 or Xbox One.

 

At thia point what does it matter... Microsoft constantly fails to check age in every way possible... Im 31 and was banned just this week for voicing my opinion and telling a child that they were in violation by playing cod which is a rated m-mature for
ages 17+ but yet the douchebags at microsoft still allows kids to play these games... As of now i have filed a complaint with the esrb and u.s. child protective services against microsoft and there blantent disregard for child welfare.. If you feel the same
way this is your only option in any hopes of resolving this issue... Make your reports with the esrb and us dept of child services..

 

The game ratings are for the single player portion. If you read the info on the game boxes there should be a mention that the online portion of the game is unrated.

Plus no matter what the rating of a game is, Xbox Live is E for Everyone. You wouldn't be banned for just stating your option but for how you said it. I'm going to take a guess and say you weren't a paragon of politeness in your communications.

 

You're also forgetting that game ratings, like movie ratings, are a guideline. It is not illegal for a parent to let their child watch an R rated movie or play an M rated game. Parents have the right to disregard those ratings if they believe that their
child can handle it. As far as Xbox Live goes, Microsoft enforces their rules for use of their service; they do not enforce what content parents can let their children access.
