Code of UnderAGE Conduct - banned again

Why am I banned? I play with the same 6people every day.

If you are banning me for a bio I had for 6 months that is lame.

underage gamers read my bio and snitch and you reward them, flawed system

maybe your enforcement team should create an age verification system and stop banning 12yr gamers for supporting Microsoft.

I feel that you are talking about modded xbox's. Jtag's are not illegal, but they are against the code of conduct. You will be banned. And modding is not suggested.

That's you bio now, but what was it 6 months ago? An offending bio, even one you've already changed is still an offending bio.

You can't not follow the rules just because you have a problem with people reading your bio.

 

I already got banned for offensive bio 6months ago and changed it. I did my time in child jail.

How does that make a difference now.

Do you get a speeding ticket in you car for speeding 6 months ago.

Can someone reply from the enforcement team with a valid point, or answer.

You're right it doesn't make any difference, and nor should it. If the bio you previous had isn't the reason, there has to be a different reason. You'll need to post in the suspension forums to find that out.

I find it funny that drugs aren't allowed on your profile but they don't mind selling weapon skins and profile emblems that promote drugs on COD. Especially since your average COD player is under the age of 18 to begin with.

 

We'll said , my experience with COD is their population is 70percent underage gamers.

I deserve to be banned for violating code of conduct, but never got notified via email.

The enforcement team are cowards, that's why this forum exists. If they had ball they would have a phone number to call to explain themselves.

Question 1 if a gamer snitches and gets me banned why does he remain anonymous. He/she should be known to person that suffers

Question2 if I can block my friends list from people viewing it then why do random angry children get to view my bio this is personal information for people that are on my friends list to view if I choose

 

You know that those COD emblems do violate the ToU, and you can be suspended for them.

Apparently you already do know who reported you, as you so emphatically said that they are underage in your first post. If you didn't know who they were, how did you know their age?

I'll give a few words as to why people should remain anonymous. Retribution. Revenge. Harassment. Abuse. To be blunt, I don't really know how guilty or innocent you in particular are, but for those who are guilty of
disrupting games, harassing others, cheating, etc, they are far from the "person who suffers". It's everyone they play with who suffers.

You're blocking your friends list, not your own profile. Again, you're assuming it's children. You know that you should never put any personal information on your Xbox profile. Everyone in
your recent played list can read it. Even if no one else could read it, the bio still needs follow the rules.

Also, did you actually post in the suspension forums, or are you just assuming your suspension is because of your bio?

 

Question 1 reply: So it is ok for your assumed adult gamer to have revenge and retribution on me but your job is to keep him safe. I don't know their age but I do know I received a message during a game from a child threatening me 3days before I was suspended.

Question 2 reply: I am blocking my friends list to protect people that are verified adults from the harassment I am subject to, I have never cheated or hacked any game and have been the victim of both on every game I have played on a Microsoft system.
So obviously more rules and better game design hasn't improved actual gameplay over the last decade.

Maybe your team should remove the bio feature all together since it serves no purpose for the gamer or the system, it just creates problems for you to answer to.

And my tablet didn't allow me to repost this in suspension forum, and I wouldn't even waste my time on here in I was actually notified through Email I provided and proofed
