    Code Of Conduct


    Hello,

    I've gone to play Titanfall 2 and it says 'This profile is not permitted to play online'.

    So I checked my Profile, it had 'Code Of Conduct', in my location and in my bio.

    I changed them both but still can't play. It seems like I've been shut out for some violation. I didn't have any bad language in my Profile. I've not wound anyone up online, I've not exchanged messages with anyone, I've not used my mic, what's going on?

    Please Help!

    Did you check your reputation? Perhaps it was lowered to prevent you from playing online.

    If this is the case you can either play on Battlefield 3 to try and bring your rep back up or have friends invite you to their lobbies to try and get back online.

    Sorry to hear you're having troubles playing online! Have you had a chance to verify your privacy settings allow you to play online? Can you also share your detailed network statistics so that we can verify if perhaps your connection speed isn't an issue?

    Code of Conduct?

    Hi,

    Code of Conduct automatically gets edited into all of your fields when you get any violation for Bio/Name, or your account is banned. If your talking on the forums here, your account hasn't been banned so it was more than likely for the Bio/Name violation.
    If you want to find out what it was for exactly you'd need to take a look at your e-mail in the Junk/Spam folder or make a post in the Enforcement forums
    here.

    You should probably find out what you were reprimanded for so you don't do the same thing again in the future as making the same mistake again makes the suspension stand for a longer period of time than the first offense.

    Hello,

    No one on this specific section of the forum will be able to tell you why your seeing Code of Conduct on your profile fields.

    That only happens when some sort of Enforcement action is taken on your account, and for anything to do with enforcement action you need to post in the Xbox LIVE Enforcement forum
