    oke i got banned a couple of moands ago and to me the system dsnt work the poeple dont realy revieuw wat hapin they see a wort and ban you if they realy had reviewd it they would have seen that i was the victem i got bulied and i used [mod removed
    - profanity]     so i got a ban worse thing is the person that got me banned was bulying me and now i got a bad rap an feel like a criminal for being bulied i never had the changen to defend my self cus im sorry but for some one that dsn speak english
    and is dislectic i dnt fully understand the qestions and failt

    So im asking wat can o do were can i complain or show my case atleast defend my self cus yes my ban is over but i stil have a bad rap i cant join the ambasedor program i bin on xbox for 15 years im a levil 20 someting revieuwer come on

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
    Enforcement websitefor all info regarding Bans/Suspensions as previously stated by our Ambassadors.

    If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

    Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
    thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

    The only thing you could have done was submit a case review to see if the enforcement team would lift the suspension. Now that it's over, there is nothing else that can be done. However, even with a case review, you did violate the code of conduct so your
    suspension was warranted.

    Freedom of speech does not apply in this situation since this is not part of the government. You are bound by the rules you agreed to when you signed up.
