Hello Xbox,

Please explain why my account has been suspended again for communication? I know what the message was and it was harmless. I have been called racist names and everything under the sun on xbox live during games and I report them. I have been told they
were gonna come by my house and beat my ass just because they lost a game. Do they get suspended? Do you apply the rules to everyone, or are there people who can suspend people on the spot like I imagine this person did the other day?

I have read your code of conduct and my message DIDN'T violate ANY of your rules. You may have rules, but you don't enforce them to everyone. You are also violating my first amendment right to free speech. My comments are not racist, harmful, threatening,
etc. Its called talking trash. If you continue to suspend me for rules I didn't violate I will take legal action.

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here can explain why you were suspended. For information about your suspension, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

As long as you reported the other person, the enforcement team will investigate them to and take appropriate action. Not all suspensions are immediate. The rules are the same for everyone. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person
and block communications with them instead of responding.
