Code of Conduct ignored by MSFT?

    Hello R4bid,

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns messages over Xbox Live, and the Xbox Live enforcement team.

We cannot provide suggestions within these forums in regards to Enforcement reports/actions as there is not an Enforcement presence here to assist/support those inquiries. All we can suggest is how to
block users over Xbox Live, and adjust
safety settings for Xbox Live. Every report is investigated, and every message is recorded, meaning if proof is in
place action will be taken. We will be locking this thread to prevent repetitive responses.

    Best wishes!

Code of Conduct ignored by MSFT?

It takes time for the policy enforcement team to get around to reviewing reports. When they do decide to punish people you almost never figure out. Except for the rare "Thanks for helping make Xbox Live safer for everyone! We took action on one or more of
    the recent complaints you filed."

I would highly advise against taunting players when you report because that is seen as toxic behaviour and unsporting conduct. Nothing positive comes from it, you just inflame the other person. Baiting them into responding again so you can report them more.
I'm pretty sure you knew that when you did it, but please keep it to a minimum going forward.

I've never had conversations deleted after reporting players, so I would suggest manually deleting them if you don't want to see them.

I would also suggest holding off on reporting people for lag, because while lag is annoying, most people can't or don't know how to fix it and as far as I know, unintentionally poor connections are not a reportable/punishable offense, so it's just a waste
of time and an extremely bad/toxic habit to get into.

I know that may not be what you want to hear, but take it into consideration.

Well it's suggestion you can take it as you will, also I didn't blame you I suggested since it can cause fear and alarm, It's a common question from gamers who can get over whelmed by emotion either by fear, anger or even other emotions just over that simple
    message.

Also Sending messages that are swearing is not adhering to the code of conduct/ Community standards, the time for action to be taken can vary and it is up to enforcement on action taken.

It's enforcement that moderate xbox live, Not xbox ambassadors, Ambassadors help with some of the questions you might have and try to show the positive side of xbox live. . Sorry if you feel like some are "blaming you" we are just passing on the information
    you are asking for.
