Code of Conduct for Gamerpictures

I want to know how this Velma artwork is somehow against the terms of service. Compared to any gamerpicture out there. This doesn't fall under any category on the CC.

Copyright infringment

You aren't allowed to use copyrighted materials if you want to.use media you must use authorised licensed stuff from the marketplace and yes there is gamerpictures beyond the profile options

You must search the marketplace for the one you want like game specific or media specific then purchase the said picture

Dawhite has a halo one i do too but i don't use it lol

If you want specific media you must use licensed content from the marketplace or use personal photos or etc

I have purchased all my artworks from the original owners. For the purpose of using them as my gamerpicture. That is a really limiting CC as people do purchase said art from galleries.

 

Is it that terrible that I would actually need the artist to add a watermark?

 

No you must use non copyrighted images

It doesn't matter if it's fan art

They are not the copyright holder

Including any likeness

Fan art artists don't own the copyright

 

Like i said licensed content

Pretty sure they mean personal.pictues not copyrighted ones

The terms of use does not allow copyrighted content to be used unless licensed (marketplace) pretty sure there is a Scooby do game of some sort
