Code not downloading.

ok so i bought my first xbox one s minecraft bundle yesterday and was done with the update and everything and got the xbox live and wanted to download the minecraft game and cant. Everytime i go to redeem a code i put the 25 digit code and nothing happends,
no errors no continues nothing it takes me back to the redeem code or cancel page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Redeemed codes not downloading

Recently codes I have been redeeming for Gears 4 haven't been showing up in my download. I got in contact with Microsoft support and was told it might be the insider preview programme that's causing the issue and was directed here to get assistance on the
problem. So any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Redeemed code not downloading

Hi, assuming you are signed in on your Xbox with the account that redeemed the code, it may or may not have automatically installed on your Xbox depending on whether your Xbox is in instant-on mode or energy-saving mode. If it didn't automatically install,
it should be waiting in the "Ready to Install" section of your "My Games and Apps" section. For full information about viewing and installing downloadable games/content: View and download game content and add-ons on Xbox One

Also, make sure you're signed in to the account on which you redeemed the code, and make sure you see the redemption of the code reflected in your order history at Sign in to your Microsoft account

Make sure you're signed into the profile you want to redeem the code on. Very very important.

The good news is you aren't alone in this right now as there are others with the same problem. The bad news is that since issues are currently being ironed out, you can't redeem your download code. I would suggest reaching out to MS customer support directly
as they may be able to manually add the code to your account so the product is active for you
