Having pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, and having played Halo: MCC, I have checked Notifications for the promised "Warthog" Code. It never arrived. Please send the code. Thank you.

Forza Horizon 3 - Warthog Code Never Received

I had the Halo Master Chief Collection since 5/27/16 and Pre-odered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition but never received the Warthog code. Why?

Warthog is now missing for me

Preordered ultimate edition and installed it. Received warthog code on 9/8. Installed that along with the Forza Horizon 3 Demo when that released. Deleted the demo. Now the warthog is nowhere to be found!

Same here, I think it's based on if you played halo games on release date then you get code last. As friend played halo 5 on 13Sep and got his code on 18th.
