    That isn't a complete error code, I believe you're missing 1 digit. Can you please reply back with the full 8 digit error code?

    I had the same issue and the retailer I bought it from wouldn't provide me with a replacement. After a ton of back and forth between Xbox Support they eventually directed me to Bandai Namco, who got me a replacement code immediately after showing them the
    code and proof of purchase. Here's their support page, including the email address I contacted to get this resolved. Hope this helps out as much as it helped me.

    Credit Cards are usually 16 digits, so that may be a problem. The three digits on back are a security code used often in online purchases.
