    Code lost in deleted message


    I received a message in my Xbox One inbox that said something about a free trial of EA Access for buying Battlefield One, but when I went to read the message, it disappeared. Is there any way to get the message back, or to get a new one sent?

    Missing a redeem code for game Limbo

    I also also never used my code and the message is not saved, all of my messages were lost actually. Were the messages automatically deleted recently?

    sorry MS is not responsible for deleted codes from messages. they will not resend the code, if it was sent to the console as a message and you deleted that, I would have suggested seeing if it was emailed to you. but if you deleted the email itself then
    you lost out on that code, better be careful next time so this does not happen again.
