    Hi,

    I got game (name you game) with my xboxONe console BigW Australia. I put the reference number but didnt get any confirmation and any code of it. Its been almost 9 business days and I'm still waiting for it.

    Also yesterday I purchased Froza Horizon 3 game from EB games I put the code and still waiting for the confirmation email and game is not available on my console.

    Kindly help me in this regards as its totally unfair to deal your new customers like that.

    Nba 2k16 jordan edition missing dlc?

    I got the Jordan edition yesterday at midnight at gamestop and redeemed the code on my xbox but have yet to receive the DLC. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

    Gears of War Ultimate Edition Codes [Xbox One]

    I'm having similar issues, I definitely purchased before 12/31/2015 and have received codes for GoW1 & GoW2 but not received access codes to GoW3 or Judgement. Been waiting for quite some time now. Any help is appreciated in advance.

    Hey there,

    Codes like this are sent for the region that the account receiving the code was set to. Unfortunately we are unable to replace codes for different regions due to this. Be sure that the account that received this code is set to the appropriate region to avoid
    this issue.
