    Ive entered my code for Xbox live gold online at Xbox.com/redeemcode. Unfortunetly the console now wants me to enter the code when I logon...but the code has already been used!!!!! What do I do now???? Is there anyway that I can log in on my console or do
    I have to buy a new code? Its my sons christmas gift and hes so sad right now

    The 03-57-00 Error

    Hey Voided Brain, go here - > https://myservice.xbox.com/en-US/Pages/Welcome.aspx and use the troubleshoot another issue link. Then go to Find error code or status code link. If that doesn work then you may have to get your console repaired. Hopefully someone else has a better solution.

    Hi there,

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Let us know the results

    It says someone used it already. I spoke with Xbox support several times and all the representatives tell me to do this. They told me to post the code and someone would provide me with a replacement code to get odst for me.

    Codes started going out on the 20th and can take up to 7-10 days to receive. If you don't receive it after 10 days, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum.
