Code is on my account, but already been redeemed?

Hello,

I recently purchased a code, while redeeming it my Xbox hanged/did something weird. If i try again it says the code has already been used.

When looking at my order history, the game is there and i can press redeem, but it goes to redeem/microsoft where it does not work (as it already been redeemed)

Hi,

It does state this option on my pc, however, clicking on it and conforming it does not initiate any action on the xbox itself.

If you still cant install after checking your games I would also do a hard reset since we just had a service outage. If it still doesn't work contact Support.

Hi there. Try going to the Xbox Store and finding the game you purchased. If you redeemed it successfully, it will say "Install on Xbox".

Hello,

Good news, it seems to download now.... although still at 0%.

I went to the store, looked up the game and clicked install there. Still strange that i was not under my normal games.
