    Code I got says it has been redemed and I DIDN'T redeem it.


    I have a code that I earned with the Freedom rewards program that says it has been redeemed but I did'nt redeem it yet.

    I saved a copy of the page it came on to my account. I DID NOT REDEEM IT. I earned it on 2/20/17 from the freedom rewards program on Xlive.



    I had an online support chat w/Microsoft And they said they would be sending a report to you also. They said you would give me another code.

    Sorry to hear it. What is the Freedom Rewards Program? Is it sponsored by Xbox themselves? I'm asking because we don't usually see the Xbox Rewards giving out redeemable codes. Can you please post a link to the program itself?

    If the program is not sponsored by Xbox Rewards then you may need to contact the promoters themselves for more assistance with this.
