Code going to a account that's not even added.

I have a code for a game, but when going to redeem it, it goes to a email I no longer use. I went to my account and check my alias and there is only a single email. When I made this account I used a different (the one I no long use) email but changed it
to another one. I can't do anything to change the email and need help.

They don't send you a code. They automatically deposit the funds into your account. Even if they sent it as a gift code, once you redeem the code, it would have been added exactly the same way.

When did you put the code in? Also, you shouldn't post the code online here.

You can go to billing.microsoft.com to see when it was added to your account.

Problem is even when you get a code , there is no download! Namco Bandai acknowledge the game is not adding to accounts and to find the game on the store to download it.... but there is no option to download it (UK store).
