    Same here, still nothing.

    My code (+AC5H8PW) was used by a friend on 7/11/2015.

    Left a message 15 days ago on the french thread..nothing, called phone/chat support they told me to post here... and i see that people advice to call the hotline...

    Really disappointed by Microsoft, i don't think we are treated like proper customer.
