    Hello,

    I just bought an Xbox One console. I had a 16-digit code for a free game. I followed the procedure to get my code to 25 digits by email. I received an email but there was no code inside. I am therefore not able to get my game.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and forum support does not have access to that system. If you can post the offer you're looking for games from, it'll help them answer you faster.

    The promotion to receive the codes for the other games ended at the end of 2016. You may be able to find disc versions of the game that still have the codes, but it is no longer possible to receive the codes if you purchased the game digitally.
