Code from email is too long for microsoft

I am having the same problem, by the time you get the email, the session has timed out and the process starts all over again.

Yes it is too late and very true. If you where apart of it, you should of gotten an email from Microsoft for a game code to download Halo Reach from Games On Demand. If your Email isnt use to getting emails from Microsoft, make sure that you check your spam
folder if anything. I'm also not sure if the code has an expiration date on it.

Whats weird about this is that your disk should of stopped working along time ago...

Support are working on it apparently, should get an email tomorrow. Still, this has taken far too long, especially for a company such as Microsoft

sweet just got an email with an Avatar item from the Rewards site ( too bad there was no code in the email or i would have appalyed it
