    Hello,

    I created a Microsoft-Account for my son, to sign in Minecraft. All of a sudden, the Code, that ist needed to sign in, is send to an E-Mail adress, I have never seen before. I tried to recover miy Account but every time they say, my Information isn't correct.

    Is there no way to fix this?

    If you do not have a way to verify the delete, contact support and dispute the case. They should send it back to the investigation team and fix that up. Would take anywhere between a few hours to 3 days, like the original investigation.

    I'm assuming the person that took your account added alternative e-mails so he could get back in if need be? If so, please visit this page
    here and remove all of the security proofs that are not your own.

    If your talking about them having changed your e-mail address for your login then you would want to take a look
    here.
