I have a make a pre oder for call of duty ww II but i don't have receive a code!! Why?

I Would the code and why the beta version is not in to the xbox live?

The site xbox.com says we could play ...

Xbox One Project Spark Beta Issue need help please

You can download the game from the marketplace but you cannot actually play it until you receive your code after registering for the Beta. Sign up for the beta here:

Go to the store and search for the beta. Download it from there.

Basically, search for Call of Duty®: WWII in the xbox store, you should be able to see the beta download.

If you don't see it, try restarting your xbox and make sure you are signed into the account that purchased the preorder.

If you digitally preordered the game you do not need a code to play the beta. You just need to download the beta separately from the store by searching for call of duty beta and downloading. Then you're good to go.
