Code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition

I bought the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 specifically so that I could play Halo Wars: Definitive Edition on the 20th of December during my Christmas break. It's the 20th and I still don't have my code. A member of Xbox support asked me to post here to
see if someone could help me get my code.

my halo wars definitive edition does not download and asks me to re purchase halo wars 2 please send me my code for me to get halo wars definitive edition.

 

Halo Wars : DE code not received

Pre ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition and am still waiting for my code for halo wars definitive edition.

 

The codes will start going out today, but it can take 7-10 days to receive the code.

 

Is there anything I can do to get the code faster?
