Code for Gears of War 3 disappeared from Xbox Messages

I found a forum post about this from 2 years ago but the issue was locked.

Recently I booted up my Xbox One and was pleasantly surprised to find a message from Microsoft containing codes for Gears of War Judgment and Gears of War 3 I assume because I purchased Gears of War 4. I was able to actually select the code for Judgment
and click to redeem it. After doing so, I attempted to navigate back to Messages so I could redeem the code for Gears 3... only Messages "refreshed" and the message itself disappeared. What gives? Was I only supposed to redeem one of the two codes? I checked
my messages from the Xbox iOS app and it's gone there too. I did not delete it intentionally, and if I did click something that deleted it then there is a HUGE UI flaw!

Hoping that someone from Xbox Support can either PM me or shoot me a message on Xbox with that Gears 3 code. Cheers!

GOW games

After playing Gears of War 4, I was entitled to the full back catalogue of Gears games.

I received a message from Xbox Live with the codes to redeem Gears 3 and Gears: Judgement and after redeeming Gears 3, I went back to redeem the code for Judgement but the message had disappeared along with the code.

My messages form xbox live that contained code for playing Gears of War Beta has disappeared.

That and my messages containing codes for gears 1-3 also.

Can they be retrieved? or are they lost now (ps I did not delete them)

Sorry to hear it. Messages only last for 30 days before disappearing. You should post to the forums linked below for more assistance with this
