    Dear staff/reader,

    I recently bought an Xbox One for two kids I live with so they could play the latest and greatest. Also for myself lol! Anyway the issue is that I explicitly asked them not to do anything until I got home from work, they did so anyway and hooked up the
    machine. They made a random account and redeemed a code for the Fifa game that came with the console on it.

    This acount will not be used since I have my own account for games, still the game is on there sadly. Is there a way I can change the game from accounts? I have the redeem code and all purchase and billing receipts still perfectly safe so I can prove it if
    need be.

    Error code when starting fifa 17

    Just redeemed a Fifa 17 code onto my xbox one. The problem is that i bought it on the store first but then the buy was canceled so every timed i tried to start the game is said that i needed to buy the game or that by buy had been canceled. But now after
    i redeemed my new fifa 17 code and that went well this errorcode is still there when starting fifa 17. For my friends it instead says something like ¨You are a bit to early, wait a bit longer¨. Does anybody know whats wrong? Will a be able to play fifa 17?

    FIFA 17 - Game isn't in under "My games"

    Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

    I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

    I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

    But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

    Exactly the same issue here with fifa 17 pre order. Still says i own it even though i cancelled it 2 months ago. Hope i dont have any issues redeeming my fifa 17 code that comes with the xbox ons S bundle i have purchased.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. According to EA's information page on
    what's included with copies of FIFA 17    , you should receive your items once you enter FUT. While you check there, could you also let us know what exactly you're supposed to receive with the code you redeemed? We want to be sure we're looking in the right
    place for your items.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do to help. Had you found this out sooner you may have been able to go back to the place of purchase to get the code exchanged.
