    Everytime I try to redeem my xbox one gold live prepaid card it says "Something Went Wrong"!!!!! Please Help!!!1

    Sorry to hear it. There is an issue with the friends list right now that they are working on.

    As for the code, have you tried redeeming it on the console? Also, be sure that you are entering the code in properly. Sometimes 8 can be mistaken for B or O for 0.

    I'm having the same problem, entered the code manually and also used kinect and I just get the something went wrong message every time.

    Me too, makes me not want to play the game until this is fixed. Wonder if its a problem with the server or some hackers already used our codes.

    The Fighting Chance Pack is not working for me either, I tried using Kinect and entering it manually, no joy, it just says "Something went wrong" and just gives me the option to close. I have heard of PS4 players having the same issue as well.

    Hey guys, I'm hoping this may have been in part caused by the friends issue that we were experiencing lately.

    While support is looking into it can you all try power cycling your consoles by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds to see if that helps?

    Post back here if it worked or not please.

    Tried power cycling my console, in fact it was the first thing I tried, still not working. I hope this isn't going to be like the Shadow of Mordor Season Pass debacle where it took over a week to fix.
