Code for Design Lab

Hi, I bought an XBox One S from the store at Microsoft.com. In my cart and checkout were a free copy of The Crew and a discount code for the controller Design Lab. The code was to be emailed to me. I have checked my inbox and spam folder multiple times.
I haven't received an email regarding this from Microsoft.

I am ready to order the controller from Design Lab but am waiting for the code.

I did a support chat and the person that helped me was unable to help me with the issue and referred me back to the Microsoft.com store for support. This in turn brought me back to the same support options I had the first time which didn't help at all. So I'm
trying here to see if someone can help me.

Make sure you're contacting Microsoft Store support and not Xbox support. You will have to go through them since that offer was through them.
