Code fifa points redeemed not yet received

Thanks for the feedback. I just now got on FIFA and the points were there. Not sure why it took this long but its all good. 👍��

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with Fifa points. Since the code shows redeemed on the order history. We recommend reaching out to EA also. As the points get added to the account from them.

Did it work? I have just used a code and received the message that the code has worked yet the points aren’t on my fifa account however it has been 30 mins so I’m just panicking and wondering whether the points arrived

And did the kid purchased the FIFA points and the game as a gift using your account and they redeemed the code on their account?

Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
