    Depuis ce matin, impossible de se connecter. J'ai contacté le support, qui m'ont dit, dans 2h s'est réparé…. Depuis 9h ce matin !! Apparemment, c'est général ! Et on fait quoi ??

    Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account; search



    Affected platforms:

    Xbox One



    This could be the cause of your issue please check here:
    Xbox Live Service Status     to check if things are back to normal. Once the Service alert is over you should be able to sign in without further issue.

    Slt merci ça marche, mais g une question: si on se reconnecte un autres moment, est ce qu'on doit refaire la manip?

    Car quand je vais dans mes paramètres où ils demandent le mot de passe (j ai verrouiller mon compte) ça me refait l erreur.

    Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once you have removed the account, hard-reset the console & log in to your original account.
    It worked but after i turned off my console and went back in, it did the same thing as before.

    What should I do, please help me
