    Sorry to hear it. You don't need to forward the code to anyone. Now, can you please try the code on the 360 and post back the 8 digit error code you receive?

    However, considering the game was originally released back in 2010 I'm thinking the code you have may be expired.

    If you purchased this code using a third party seller or website you need to ask for a new one.
    Probably they give you an used code (this is common when the code is purchased via third party sellers)
