    I have a game I bought game and there is a code for some DLC’s and a free character but the code is 4x4 instead of 5x5 how do i use it? (No i will not show the code and the game was made about 10 years ago and is not used)

    Code doesn’t work?

    You may have to enter the code somewhere else if it is not a 25-digit one, so you may have to do some searching to see where you can enter it into.

    request a call back from Xbox Support for assistance with the code. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with issues relating
    to codes. Is it possible that the code is to be redeemed on a different site to receive another code for redemption to your Xbox or possibly redeem in-game?

    Scroll down, Click Contact Us

    • Step 1: Click Ask a Question- See other options
    • Step 2 : Pick a Topic - Games & Apps - Can't Redeem Code
    • Step 3: ClickShow Contact Options

      Click Request a Call from Support

    If the code is for Cerberus network, you do not need to redeem it, as you can download the dlc for free anyway. EA made it free a few years back.

    If it is not a 5 x 5 the I suggest that you look in game for redemption or there might even be a game web site where that code can be entered.

    You do not have to provide the code but it would help to know the game tittle, it may be that the developer does not even support this content any longer.
