    as my game was downloading to my xbox. I redeemed the code on my ipad but my bonus content is still not on my account? How do i receive my 100k VC?

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your 100k VC.

    I would first suggest
    removing your profile from the Xbox console and reinstalling your profile    .

    I would also recommend setting

    up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm whether or not the code was redeemed successfully and perform some extra troubleshooting
    steps.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Yes but it didn’t do anything it just showed me step on how to redeem a code on Xbox .

    There was no code.

    Hi, if the items doesn’t appear there, it means that you didn’t redeemed the DLCs in that account :c

    And, if you try to redeem the codes. Probably you’re going to see something like “code has been redeemed”
